Terms and Conditions

Kiwano Beauty Lounge, Zurich - As of: March 2026

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and bookings at Kiwano Beauty Lounge, Zurich. By booking an appointment, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Booking

Appointments can be booked online via our website, by phone, or on-site. A booking confirmation is sent via email. The booking is only binding upon receipt of the confirmation.

3. Cancellation and No-Show

We kindly ask for cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service price. Repeated no-shows may result in exclusion from online booking.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. Current prices are available on our website and in the studio. Payment is made on-site after the service has been provided. We accept cash, debit cards, and common credit cards.

5. Vouchers and Promotions

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. They are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly noted.

6. Liability

Our services are carried out with the utmost care. We accept no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances that occur despite a prior consultation. We recommend a patch test for first-time treatments. Pre-existing skin conditions or allergies must be communicated before the start of treatment.

7. House Rules

We ask for punctual arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel the appointment. Appropriate hygiene and respectful conduct are expected in the studio.

8. Intellectual Property

Photos, texts, and content on our website and social media are protected by copyright. Use without written permission is not permitted. Customer photos are published only with explicit consent.

9. Final Provisions

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law applies (CO/CC). If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Kiwano Beauty Lounge reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is available on our website.
